    1. Actually, the very first world I ever dreamed up included just such feral smurfs who were engaged in an endless feud with the treasure trolls... you know, the kind with pink hair. That was how my 10 year-old brain occupied its time.

  2. Love the map and the paper it's done on. Mushrooms are so magical.

  3. When I went back and looked at the map again I had the thought to use it as a prompt in my writing group tomorrow. What do you think?

    1. Go for it! These maps are posted to be used and inspired. As long as folks aren't making money off my work, I am happy to share!

    3. I took copies of the Mushroom Forest to my writing group and handed them out and told them to write about it. (I didn't mention the gnomes.) We mostly had stories about a '60s type of mushroom but they loved the map. Other stories were about a lost girl and a group of mushroom pickers.
      Thank you.

  5. M is for middle. Half way there and going strong! You have a great diversity of concepts and the ability to represent them. Hmm... now I understand - You didn't sell your soul, it's a Silly Psi Ben thing. LOL. Make a saving throw or gain 1 point of Wisdom. Dyson - You paying attention? You've got some serious competition here. Geoff - I hope every few days that you lay them all out in front of you and say "Wow! I did these" It's pride worthy stuff. You are building a portfolio. I presume that when this plays out, you will want to rest for a spell. Not too long I hope. There is always the Cyrillic alphabet!

    1. I have them in a neat little stack next to my scanner. I do plan to load them into a portfolio... and of course, use them as a selection of stock maps!

As always, thanks for stopping by glad you're digging it!
